TUSEN TACK ni alla som gett era berättelser! Förhoppningen jag bär är att denna sida långsamt får ett eget liv, där berättelserna berättar sig själva och förgrenar sig i all oändlighet.
- Ögat är själens spegel sägs det... eller porten till vårt inre. Kan ögon ljuga skulle då vårt inre ljuga ? Finns det en skillnad mellan vårt yttre och inre ? Därom tvista de lärde just nu.
- Vad är identitet ? Är det identiteten som lyser ur våra ögon ? Vad händer då med vår identitet när ögonen ser genom en mask, blir vår identitet en annan , eller förstärks bara vår egen än mer ? Ögonen är livet....utan ögon fanns inte livet.... och masken skulle enbart vara ett skal !
Gensvaret på mina inbjudningar är hittills över all förväntan. Hittills har 5 tackat ja ! Så fantastiskt..... The Journey of the masks är verkligen en realitet. Vad kommer att komma ur dessa möten, ingen vet ! Det är det som är så spännande med detta projekt, känslan av att lämna över och inte styra . vad för berättelser som kommer att uppstå ?
A thousand of thanks to all of you that are sharing your impressions with me ! My hope is that this blog will finally live it's own life, tell it's own stories that will be creating others in to eternity.
- The eye is the mirror of our soul, is a common opinion, or the gate into our inner self. If that is true, is it possible to make our eyes lie ? Than I guess also our inner self would lie, is that possible ? Is there really a difference between our inner and outer self ? Many great thinkers are at the moment arguing about this. What is identity ? Is it our in´dentity that are shining out of our eyes? If that is true, what happens with our identity when we are looking through a mask? Do we become someone else or are we acctually becoming more ourselves ? The eyes are life , without them there is no life and the mask would just become an empty shell.
The feedback on my invitations are just great. Up till this day 5 artists have accepted to become hosts for the masks. I am just so excited ! The journey of the masks is becoming a reality. What will come out of these meetings ? Noone knows, and that is what is so beautiful.... to let go of the control and just see what happens, see what stories are to be created !!!!!
