Den björk som en gång stolt stod vid foten av Fontinberget i Kungälv, invid Nordre älv, men som av vinden tvingades till en alltför tidig död, är nu på god väg att bli den andra masken för resan. Jag sitter denna söndagsmorgon efter en oerhört intensiv vecka med alltför många andra projekt och låter tankarna flyga lätt. November, hösten ger sig till känna ordentligt. Trots en sol som envist kämpar sig upp några timmar över horisonten är hösten med sina bitande vindar här och man önskar mest av allt att få krypa in i sin ateljé och låta tröttheten få vändas till en oerhörd kreativitet. För det är hösten som just ger lusten till hantverk allra mest. Det finns inget annat som konkurrerar ! Jag hoppas nu att ni inte tröttnar då mina inlägg inte har kommit med samma intensitet. The Birch tree that ones stood at the foot of the hill in Kungalv, Sweden. Just by the river that goes just beside my studio. Ones the tree stood there, proud and tall, but a storm forced it to an early death. Now it's about to become the second mask for this journey. I am sitting in the early sunday morning, after an extreme week of to many projects, sitting here and are just letting the thoughts flow. It's fall, November, and even if a stubborn sun is working it's way up above the horisont for a few hours it's still cold and unfriendly outside. This time of the year I just want to hide in my studio, and let all tiredness be changed into creativity. This is the best time of the year for artwork, there is nothing else competing. I really hope that you're not giving up on this, even if my writing is not as often.... It's been a to stressful time.
